Massive shout out to Joseph! He was absolutely fantastic. He really took care of us, as did the whole team. The service was impeccable, the room was gorgeous, the spa and pool was very calm. They were so sweet and welcoming to our nine month old baby. The breakfast had loads of vegan options which was fantastic for my husband with lactose intolerance. Five star plus! Totally recommend.

As a photographer, I was blown away by the opulent interiors and the breathtaking views overlooking the park - it provides a world-class backdrop for high-end wedding portraits. The service was impeccable, and the grand architecture creates an atmosphere of pure elegance. If you want a reception venue that is both iconic and effortlessly photogenic, this is it. Absolute perfection from start to finish.
We had immaculate stay with such hospitable staff. Right from the check in to the services at the spa and fitness area was amazing. The quality of the bedding and linen is to perfection. I really enjoyed the sparkling tea selection they have to offer. Location is just perfect with amazing views of the Hyde park and night life around Harrods at the Knightsbridge. Can’t wait to visit again.
What a beautiful experience from start to finish A warm greeting at the door ,a bubbly and fun, yet courteous greeting at the reception . The service was superb, the tea selection was unrivalled and the food was on another level . A beautiful all round experience enhanced by my two daughters for company and a huge thank you to them both for taking me there for my birthday. It will not be. forgotten .
This hotel is absolutely beautiful. My boyfriend brought me here as a surprise for our Anniversary and it brought a tear to my eye! The hotel is exceptional, the staff are amazing and we had an all round great experience. P.s if you ever stay here, get the room service cookies!! They’ll be the best, most mouth watering cookies you’ll ever eat!
Wonderfully elegant classic luxury hotel! Beautiful flower settings in the lobby welcome you in a grand atmosphere! Excellent service by Matilda who checked us in, and also by everyone we interacted with at Rosebery for our late breakfast! The (Italian?) lady at the spa was also stellar! Beautiful hotel and wonderful hospitality.
Outstanding hotel with impeccable attention to detail. The spa and indoor pool were faultless. Expertly decorated. Fabulous. Lots of choice for excellent food! We love our sashimi and ramen; it didn’t disappoint! Highly recommend. Superb location too! Looking forward to visiting again soon.
We had a wonderful stay at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and the experience was truly fantastic. Before our arrival, Selin, Gabrielle and Aneena from the guest experience team prepared a lovely birthday surprise and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Upon arrival, Rhea from the front of house team was very friendly and arranged a beautiful suite with a great view. A special highlight was the warm welcome from Mark at breakfast the next morning, which set the perfect tone for the day. Overall, the hospitality we received made us feel truly cared for and elevated the entire experience. Thank you to the team for making our celebration so memorable. We can’t wait to return!
